One of the nation's foremost authorities on race relations both in the armed forces and in American society, Charles Moskos offers a blueprint for organizations to provide opportunities for all and to improve race relations at the same time. He is the co-author of All That We Can Be: Black Leadership and Racial Integration The Army Way. A professor of sociology at Northwestern University, Professor Moskos is chairman of the Inter-University Seminar on the Armed Forces and Society.
